We've been busy here in Wyoming....

It's been busy here in Wyoming....took the day after we got here to get our barrings, then it was off to Cody.   Ellie had a doctor's appointment there so we all rode along..(well, not Spinner, he stayed here with his "doggie cousins", but more on that later...)  After Ellie's appointment, we all had a late breakfast at "The Irma".....

Ernie took the camera and did some walking around while Ellie visited with the doctor.  He took the following photos of the Buffalo Bill Museum outside....We didn't go in this time as we needed to get back to Thermopolis as we had Lily with us...

But we did stop half way....(it's about 90 miles one way, so we needed the break...lol) in Meeteetes, WY.  We visited a local chocolate shop (very good.) and the local museum.

Our Lily got to ham it up for us with the bear in front of the museum....

That night (Friday) Ellie, Gene, Ernie/Dock, & I drove to Riverton to have supper..(another 60 miles...lol) and to play the slots at the casino there....Ernie/Dock "donated" that night, but I won back part of what we spent....lol...

Saturday, we hung out during the day, did the local craft show, and then that evening we went back to Riverton for the truck pull at the fair there....My nephew, Granite, was enter in it.... 

Sunday afternoon, we went back to town, (only 5 miles) where the craft show was, but went to the hot springs to take a dip in the mineral spring pool there.....

Yesterday, we've done some house keeping stuff and drove around town....Ellie's off on Friday and the weekend, so we plan to go back to Cody to do some more sight-seeing...til, then....enjoy!!
